Lead confident renewal conversations about pricing, contracts, and the value customers receive
Spot opportunities to add services and turn strong relationships into stronger revenue
Take ownership when a customer is frustrated and work with Operations to get the relationship back on track

Comfortable talking money: explaining value, handling pricing conversations, and asking for the business
Plans the week, follows through, and pursues opportunities without waiting for a to-do list
Enjoys getting face-to-face, asks good questions, and turns conversations into solutions
Compensation & benefits
$65,000 base salary plus $2,000 to $4,000 in monthly bonus potential. Full detail on the package is shared at intake before you speak to the client.
