The opportunity
$125,000-$130,000 Base + Bonus + Relocation Assistance | Wichita, KS
We’re hiring experienced Project Managers to lead complex industrial construction and capital projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.
This is an onsite position in the Wichita, Kansas area, and relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to the region. If you’re currently managing industrial, manufacturing, energy, process, or complex commercial construction projects and are open to relocating, we’d like to hear from you.
$125,000-$130,000 base salary
Bonus opportunities, including a performance-based bonus program
Relocation assistance available
Approximately 20% local travel, with the majority of your time based in Wichita
3 weeks of PTO for exempt employees starting at hire
401(k) with company match (up to 4.5%)

Potential paid company holiday time between Christmas and New Year’s
Work on major projects across biofuels, renewable energy, advanced manufacturing and industrial processing

Key responsibilities
You’ll own industrial projects from kickoff through completion, serving as a key point of contact for customers while coordinating engineering, construction, procurement, subcontractors and internal teams.
Managing project scope, budgets, schedules and forecasts
Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, engineering and field teams
Reviewing drawings, specifications, contracts and scopes of work
Managing procurement, change orders, invoicing and project costs
Identifying project risks and driving solutions
Communicating directly with customers throughout the project
Traveling to project sites for kickoffs, major milestones and closeout
Helping deliver complex projects safely, on time and within budget
Ideal profile
We’re interested in Project Managers who have managed complex construction or capital projects.

2-3+ years of project management experience
Experience owning budgets, schedules, contracts and project execution
Experience coordinating contractors, vendors and/or engineering teams
Ability to read construction or engineering drawings
Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field OR equivalent hands-on project experience
Experience with P&IDs, AutoCAD, industrial process facilities or large capital projects is a plus, but you do not need to check every box to be considered.
Compensation & benefits
We’re open to candidates nationwide and relocation assistance is available. $12,000.
Wichita offers a significantly lower cost of living than many major U.S. markets, while this position provides the opportunity to manage sophisticated industrial projects without the constant travel often associated with national construction and EPC firms.
