A fast-growing nostalgic candy company in Holmdel, NJ is hiring an Executive & Personal Assistant to be the right hand to its CEO and CFO.

A fast-growing company bringing recognizable nostalgic candy brands back to life, based in Holmdel, New Jersey. This is not a buttoned-up corporate environment; the role sits right alongside senior leadership.

The opportunity

The Executive & Personal Assistant supports the CEO and CFO directly and is meant to be a true right-hand person. It is a mix of traditional executive support and personal assistance, for someone who genuinely enjoys being the person who figures things out and gets things done.

The role is full-time and on-site five days a week, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility after hours or on weekends. Candidates must live close to the office.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling

  • Coordinate travel, reservations, and logistics

  • Handle correspondence, documents, expenses, and records

  • Research information and put together basic spreadsheets

  • Order supplies and products and keep the office running smoothly

  • Coordinate with vendors, IT, maintenance, and other service providers

  • Handle personal errands and household or family-related tasks when needed

  • Plan or assist with events and reservations

  • Manage confidential information with discretion

  • Follow up on loose ends and turn vaguely defined requests into finished work

Ideal profile
  • Polished, extremely proactive, organized, trustworthy, resourceful, and detail-oriented

  • Stays a few steps ahead of senior leaders rather than waiting to be told what to do

  • Comfortable with AI tools, strong at internet research, and able to handle basic spreadsheets

  • Learns new systems quickly

  • Discreet with confidential information

  • Accounting experience with NetSuite is a big plus

Compensation & benefits

Compensation is $75,000 to $85,000 or more depending on experience, with fully paid healthcare and bonus eligibility.
