The opportunity
HR Generalist
I'm partnering with a rapidly growing, industry-leading organization that is expanding its HR team and looking to add two HR Generalists to its distribution center in Hodgkins, IL!
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, nationally recognized company that continues to invest in its people, operations, and long-term growth.
Location: Hodgkins, IL
Schedule: 4/1

Ideal profile
Hands-on HR experience, ideally within distribution, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.
Strong employee relations experience, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and performance management.
Experience supporting a high-volume, hourly workforce and partnering with frontline supervisors and operations leadership.
Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance, including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation.
Experience with employee onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and HRIS administration.
Familiarity with attendance management, leave administration, employee documentation, and HR reporting.
Ability to coach supervisors, address employee concerns, and support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
A proactive, approachable HR professional who enjoys being visible on the floor, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.
