Projects ranging from approximately $250K–$10M+
Diverse work including commercial renovations, hotels/resorts, exterior envelope and existing-building projects
High level of autonomy and visibility with leadership
Opportunity to help shape estimating strategy and preconstruction processes

Ideal profile
5+ years of construction estimating experience
Strong background estimating commercial construction projects
Experience with renovation, occupied/existing buildings and/or building-envelope work
Ability to estimate multi-trade projects from conceptual budgets through final bids
Strong understanding of plans, specifications, scopes, subcontractor pricing and takeoffs
Proven ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines independently
Local to or able to work from the Denver/Englewood area

Compensation & benefits
