A growing consumer products business in Holmdel, NJ is hiring a Senior NetSuite Administrator to own NetSuite and its connected systems, working directly with leadership.

The opportunity

Leadership has been managing the software, customizations, and integrations themselves. Now they are investing in a dedicated expert who can take ownership, uncover opportunities, and turn business needs into working solutions.

Working directly with leadership, you will own NetSuite and its connected business systems, with meaningful input into what gets improved, the opportunity to build it yourself, and a clear view of the difference your work makes. The role is full-time and on-site.

Key responsibilities
  • Build workflows, automations, and scheduled reporting that remove manual work across the business

  • Create dashboards and custom reports covering sales trends, inventory, customer payments, deductions, broker commissions, and forecasting

  • Support the rollout and ongoing performance of the TrueCommerce EDI integration so orders, invoices, and related information flow accurately

  • Own NetSuite administration, configuration, customization, system audits, and troubleshooting

  • Tailor dashboards and mobile access to the needs of leadership and different teams

  • Recommend and implement useful modules, applications, integrations, and practical AI capabilities as the company grows

Ideal profile
  • Strong hands-on experience administering and customizing NetSuite ERP

  • Demonstrated ability to personally build workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reporting, and automations

  • Experience with SuiteFlow and SuiteScript customization

  • Experience supporting EDI and third-party integrations; TrueCommerce is a strong plus

  • Ability to understand a business problem, recommend an approach, and independently deliver the solution

  • Clear communication and an understanding of how finance, inventory, purchasing, and order management connect

  • Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or another product-based business is especially valuable

Compensation & benefits

Target base salary of $145,000 or more, with flexibility based on experience. Full detail on the package is shared at intake before you speak to the client.
