The opportunity
Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite | 3 Days Remote
Full-Time | Growth Opportunity
We are proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing, privately held company that has scaled to $1B+ in revenue and continues to expand. They are seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience, ideally coming from public accounting, who is looking to transition into a corporate role with strong work-life balance and long-term growth potential.
Key responsibilities
Process inventory invoices
Prepare journal entries
Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations
Manage vendor credits (including large retail accounts)
Support month-end close
Interact with vendors and internal departments
Ideal profile
1–3 years of accounting experience (public accounting preferred)
Strong experience with reconciliations and journal entries
Experience with account and bank reconciliations
Comfortable working with vendors and invoice processing
Cost accounting experience is a plus, but not required
