The opportunity
Nationwide commercial projects
Ownership of 1–3 active projects
Strong autonomy over crews, subcontractors, scheduling and field execution
Direct interaction with Project Managers and company leadership
Company-paid transportation and lodging plus applicable per diem
Strong benefits and flexible PTO
Established organization with 300+ employees and a consistent project pipeline

Ideal profile
5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
Proven experience independently running projects from start through completion
Strong subcontractor, schedule and field-management experience
Experience coordinating multiple trades
Ability to read plans, identify issues and drive projects forward in the field
Strong communication and leadership skills
Comfortable with approximately 75% nationwide travel
Must genuinely enjoy the traveling superintendent lifestyle
